We are now looking for a Project Manager, Product Development to strengthen Saxdor’s PMO and lead demanding product development projects from concept to serial production.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a growth-building role.

Your role

You will take ownership of assigned product development projects and ensure structured, cross-functional execution across design, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, quality and sales.

Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will:

• Lead new boat development projects, major options and model updates from concept to production handover
• Drive timelines, budgets, risk management and quality targets
• Coordinate daily activities across functions and remove obstacles proactively
• Bring clarity, structure and execution rhythm into product development
• Contribute to the development of scalable PMO practices and project governance
• Support the implementation of more iterative and sprint-based ways of working in boat development

You will operate in a fast-growing organization where ways of working are continuously evolving. Success requires both structure and collaboration — the ability to move things forward while bringing people with you.

What we expect

• Experience or interest in agile or iterative development models in product development
• Experience from industrial manufacturing and serial production environments
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a multi-site and international setting
• Experience or interest in agile or iterative development models in hardware
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or similar
• Fluent communication skills in English and Swedish and/or Finnish
• Boat industry experience is considered an advantage but is not required

Location: Primary location is Larsmo, Finland. Hybrid model (typically one remote day per week). Saxdor’s headquarters are located in Helsinki.
