Wanted: Treasury Manager for Veho’s head office in Vantaa.
As a Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for the organization’s treasury operations, ensuring cash management, liquidity, and financial risk management. You will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial stability and growth through analyses, forecasts, reports, and subsequent actions. You will be in charge of implementing and developing optimal use of financial resources, maintaining banking relationships, and ensuring compliace with financial regulations. .
Your responsibilities as Treasury Manager will include:
Cash Management – Monitoring and managing the company’s daily cash position, ensuring liquidity to meet operational needs.
Financial Risk Management – Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks, such as interest rate, currency, and credit risks.
Bank Relationships – Maintaining and developing relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure competitive terms and services.
Investment Management – Overseeing asset investments, optimizing returns, and managing risk levels.
Debt Management – Managing the debt portfolio, including issuance, repayment, and compliance with covenants.
Financial Forecasting – Preparing and analyzing cash flow forecasts to support strategic planning.
Regulatory Compliance – Ensuring financial regulations, internal policies and reporting requirements.
Treasury Systems – Developing and maintaining systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Reporting – Preparing regular reports on cash management, financial performance, and risks for senior management.
Developing– Promoting a cash flow-focused culture and enhancing the organization’s ability to manage financial risks.
The ideal candidate:
We are looking for a professional with several years of extensive experience in corporate finance and treasury functions. Success in this role requires strong financial expertise and knowledge of financial markets, as well as the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work independently. Experience in industries with rapidly fluctuating working capital will help understand the financing solutions, operating models, and methods necessary to ensure financial adequacy in the automotive sector.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential; you are social, network easily, and promote a positive working environment. You are willing to work broadly and actively identify areas for improvement. You can adapt quickly to changing situations and work smoothly with different teams and international stakeholders. Fluency in Finnish and English is required, and Swedish language skills are considered an advantage. The role requires at least two (2) days of on-site presence per week at the office in Vantaa.
As a Treasury Manager you will report to the CFO of Veho’s parent company, Tenetor Oy Ab, and work at the headquarters with around 180 experts in business and group operations and the service center.
